This was the first time that I used professional movers, so I don't have a lot to compare it to. The movers arrived at about the estimated time. They worked quickly and finished in less time than estimated. Some minor scuffing of the furniture was probably inevitable with the speed, but there was no significant damage. There was no attempt to sell me unwanted services or apply unexpected charges. The final charge was under the estimate. Everyone was polite and it was a pleasant experience.
