This was a roof job. Ron was very quick and responsive. Ron suggested a second layer over existing roof to save money.. We just trusted him as he seemed to know what he was saying. We had a couple of other quotes as well and he was right in line. However, the workers did not speak English well and needed close supervision - we had to ask them a couple of times to come back and fix things on the roof that we could see from ground. It's too early to say if the roof job has been done well or not - we have had no major storms as yet. But roof looks good and Ron is very personable. If problems turn up, we hope Ron will come back and fix them.

Bob and his crew were extremely professional, efficient, and provided quality work at a reasonable price. It was forecast to rain on the day our job was scheduled, so Bob contacted me to reschedule for a day earlier so we would not have to deal with additional leakage. Now that's customer service! Our roof was replaced in one day as promised and his crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up afterward. Bob personally came to inspect the work at its completion to ensure we were satisfied. I would definitely call Bob again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
