Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 01851
They did an excellent job repairing the edge of my roof. Tom Quinn is a good honest guy. Even the replaced shingles match so well I can't tell any work was done at all. And the replaced gutter leaf protection was better than what I had before.
I also hired him days later to replace my rotting threshold at my front door. His carpenter did an excellent job and the price was good.
After these projects, Tom was very interested in how he and his team did in my opinion; seeking any areas for improvement. It's nice to see him seek self-improvement.

We had roof leaks caused by ice dams. Tom Quinn of Shanahan and Quinn Construction responded within a few hours after our submission to Servicemagic. After inspecting the damage, he immediately removed the snow and ice from our roof, then gave us a quote for repairs and came up the next day with his crew to repair the problems. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We would absolutely hire him again should we require any construction projects and would highly recommend him and his company.
