Dave's assurance for customer satisfaction is rarely found today. I had called him on a sunday afternoon after discovering a problem. He called me back that same Sunday within 2hrs and the matter was resolved. Additionally, he gauranteed re-seeding where the original seed did not take. Unfortunately after the seed was planted we experienced a boat load of rain. And b/c the rain is an act of mother nature I wasn't sure if Dave would re-seed, Well, he did. Just another example of quality customer service. Now about his product....the loam he brought in is incredible! The seed he used is just as incredible. In 30 days I have spectacular yard!!
