Excellent service. The plumbers that came by were very knowledgeable, and did a very thorough diagnostic and found what my problems were as well as offering solutions. When we found out my downstairs toilet was having issues, they gave me a clear explanation on my next possible steps along with the associated costs. I ended up just purchasing a new toilet and they were very quick and efficient about replacing it, as well as making sure the replacement toilet was in perfect condition and fit properly. The level of service I received was excellent. I will definitely recommend them as well as use this service again!

Concept Energy worked clean and effeciently, and had the project wrapped up on time. Joe was very patient in answering my many questions, and explaining how the heating system worked. The blower wasn't functioning properly the following day and Joe and his employees were back to remedy the problem within a few hours of my call. I'd definatley use Concept Energy again.
