They were extremly polite and personable to talk to. They were knowledgable to the refridgerator and to how to troubleshoot for repair.
They weren't able to repair due to a completely compressor, but that wasn't due to there effort. I was extremely happy with the service rendered.

I called James to fix my water heater that was leaking in my basement. After explaining to him where the water was coming from, he told me over the phone how to fix it myself. He could have come to my house to make the simple fix and charge me a service call, like some other contractors. It was His knowledge of heating systems to be able to tell me how to fix the problem without even seeing it and the honesty to not take advantage of me, that will have me calling/recommending only one person for HVAC installs/ repairs..
