The company was extremely responsive, stayed to time frames, within budget and was always available to answer questions. There was a small problem due to electrician's installation of wiring and Sommerville Plumbing came right out at night to adjust the system as a result.

The plumber came right out, diagnosed the problem, called me back before performing any work--he then called an electrician, both gentlemen went to the property and promptly fixed the problem. The tenant had their heat back right away. They were promt, professional and price was very fair. I would call Somerville Plumbing back again in an instant.

Somerville Plumbing responded extremely quickly - the plumber was at my house within 3 hours. The job wasn't as easy as first hoped when the quot was first offered. Two parts later my boiler was producing heat. I haven't yet given the system the full run test it needs, but I am hopefull that all be well, and if not Ray and Jeff will return quickly with can-do willing attitudes.
