After accessing Sears on line, I requested an in home applicance repair. Shortly thereafter, I got a call from your guy, who told me what to expect, what it would cost, etc. We made an apppointment for between noon and 1 the next day.

The next day at appro 11am, I got a call that "he" was on his way. I assumed it was the same guy from Gill's I spoke to the day before. He fixed my diswasher, although it cost me more.

Later that day, the gentlemen from Gill's called to say he was on the way over. I told him that someone had already been there. I told him it was an A & E van, which he recognized.
